Kulgam Encounter

Saturday 5 August, 2023: An encounter between Indian Military and Kashmir Militants is being carried out in the forest of Kulgam - Kashmir. There was intelligence feed that 3-5 had been hiding in the forest of Kulgam. A search operation was launched in the evening. The militants were positioned at a commanding height and were sitting in wait for the military contingent. As the contingent entered the forest they were ambushed. Between 5-7 military personnel were injured in the ambush and they were taken to a hospital where 3 of them succumbed to the injuries. Others are being treated for their injuries. One of them is supposed to be seriously injured. 
The encounter and the search operation is still being carried out. And Indian Military has vowed to chase them and hunt them.
13 September 2023: Indian Military together with the Kashmir police has been carrying out an encounter in Rajouri, Anantnang for past two days. Till now one major, one colonel of the military and one DSP of the kashmiri police have been killed by the militants. A sniffer dog Kent also died in the operation and her handler is hospitalised as he is severely injured. The operation is till on.

Fraticide by 15 year old Gav Sevak

    15-year-old boy has been detained in  Gujarat for the murder of his elder brother and his pregnant sister-in-law at their home in the  Khodiyar Ashram  in Shobhavadala village, Junagadh district in Gujarat. The incident occurred on October 16, 2025 , but was uncovered by police around October 31 after the sister-in-law's family in Bihar became suspicious.  His mother too is suspected to have assisted him in his crime though not in murdering the victims but in disposing off the corpses.
