Minor Murder Case - Delhi

29 May,2023, Monday: A minor girl of Shah Abad Dairy locality in Delhi was stabbed to death yesterday, Sunday by her assumed boyfriend, Sahil. The girl was stabbed with a knife around 22 times. Besides the stabs the accused fractured her skull with stones. Her dead body was seen by a police informant and he informed the local police about it. The accused had escaped to his native village Bulandshahr after committing the crime. The Shah Abad Dairy police recognised the accused from CCTV camera footagges. Today, Monday, 29 May 2023 the police have arrested the accused from his native village and have brought him to Delhi.
It is said that Sahil and the girl were acquainted. On the fateful day she was going to attend a birthday party when Sahil had accosted her. They had quarelled on the roadside itself whereupon Sahil took out a knife and began to stab her. Passersby witnessed it but none dare to interfere. The whole trauma had been recorded on CCTV cameras and was recovered by the police.

Tuesday, 30 May,2023: The accused Sahil has confessed to his crime in front of the Delhi police. The deceased girl is identified as Sakshi. Sahil said that both he and Sakshi were acquainted but for the past few days she was ignoring him and even was not picking up his calls. He was infuriated by her this act and hence when she was going to her sister in law's home to attend birthday of her nephew Sahil met him on the way and tried to talk to her but she refused to talk therefore he stabbed her to death. He said that he had no remorse for what he had done. After committing the crime he threw the knife in a gutter in Ruthana and escaped to Bulandshahr by bus to his aunt's house.

    15-year-old boy has been detained in  Gujarat for the murder of his elder brother and his pregnant sister-in-law at their home in the  Khodiyar Ashram  in Shobhavadala village, Junagadh district in Gujarat.
