Amirzada Pathan
Amirzada Pathan was a gangster of South Bombay during 1980s. He was one of the prominent members of the Pathan Gang. Samad Khan, Alamzeb Khan and Amirzada Pathan were cousins and nephews of Kareem Lala.
Kareem Lala was the founder boss of the Pathan Gang which was active in South Bombay in narcotics, contraband, extortion, money lending, encroachment of properties etc. Kareem Lala later on retired from the gangster life and concentrated on his hotels and property business. Samad Khan became incharge of the Pathan Gang alongwith Alamzeb Khan and Amirzada Pathan his cousins.
Another set of brothers were struggling to gain prominence in the Bombay underworld - Dawood Ibrahim Kaskar and Shabbir Ibrahim Kaskar. They had the tacit support of the police department in exchange of information about the Pathan Gang which had become a headache for the Bombay Crime Branch. The Kaskar brothers then were new and easy to handle.
The struggle to gain the prominence led to inter gang rivalry between Pathan Gang and Kaskar brothers. A truce was arranged between the gangs by Haji Mastan Mirza.
Samad Khan arranged to kill Shabbir Ibrahim Kaskar with help from Manya Surve a violent and daredevil gangster. Alongwith Manya Surve Alamzeb Khan and Amirzada Pathan were also involved in the murder of Shabbir Ibrahim Kaskar.
Dawood Ibrahim Kaskar arranged to get Manya Surve eliminated in an encounter with Bombay Police. And thereafter he killed Alamzeb Khan and Amirzada Pathan by joining hands their rival gangster Rama Naik.
