Akbar Khan Lynching Case
25 May,2023, Friday: A district court in Alwar, Rajasthan sentenced four criminals for 7 years and acquitted 1 one of them in the case of Akbar Khan Lynching Case. Akbar Khan who was also known as Rakbar Khan was lynched by cow vigilants culprits in July 2018 when he was returning to his village in the night with two cows and two claves. He was accompanied with his friend Aslam. Who fled and hid in a field when Akbar was assaulted. According to him 7-9 person assaulted Akbar Khan multiple times. Later Akbar Khan died in a hospital succumbing to his injuries. According to the post mortem report he had 23 major injuries and 1 broken rib. According to the eye witness Aslam the assailants were taking the name of the local MLA. He also alleged that the local police was hand in gloves with the culprit. Surprisingly the so called cow vigilants or the Gau Rakshak as they call themselves never assault the sellers who most of the 5happen to be the Hindus but the buyers because they are Muslims.
On 28 September,2015 Mohammed Akhlaque Saifi was attacked and murdered by cow vigilant mobsters in his house in Bishada Village, Dadri, Uttar Pradesh. He was attacked because he was suspected of killing a cow calf. His son too was attacked and he was seriously injured. The meat was sensequently reported to have been found of a goat.
