Shraddha Walker Murder Case


 Shraddha Walker and Aftab Poonawala were in live-relatiinahip for past many years. They had first met on a dating site. Aftab Poonawala is a trained chef and Shraddha Walker worked in a call centre. Later both began to work in a call centre.

Later on they shifted their base from Mumbai to Delhi. Before that they visited a few places to be together and give their relationship some quality time which was going through a bad patch. They wanted to spend some time together and alone to proved their relationship a new life.

After some days they both went to Delhi and rented an apartment there. Aftab Poonawala joined a job in Noida NCR. One day in a fit of rage Aftab Poonawala murdered Shraddha Walker by suffocating her. He then went on to buy a refrigerator and some cutting instruments and a saw cutter. He chopped off Shraddha Walker's in 35 pieces and stored it in the refrigerator. He then went on to dispose the pieces of her body one by one in the nearby Mahrauli jungle. He would give replies in messages to any calls that were coming on Shraddha Walker's mobile. He also used her debit and credit cards and kept ordering food for 2 online.

His scheme of the things was exposed when one of the frineds of Shraddha Walker alerted about Shraddha Walker not attending to his calls and merely giving message replies. Her father later on filed a missing person report with the Mumbai Police.

Later he told to the interrogating police team that Shraddha Walker was forcing him to getarried.  He further told to the police team that Shraddha Walker had spent a day with one of her social media friend at his house which had angered him to take the steep step. He also told to the police team that after killing Shraddha Walker he had parked her dead body in the bathroom and had called one of his social media friend over night to be with him. He had gifted the ring which Shraddha Walker would put in her finger to the girl as a souvenir.

The case is being prosecuted in the court of law.

9 May 2023, Tuesday: Charges of murder and disturbing the evidences have been fixed against Aftab Poonawala as per the latest updates.

13 May,2023 Saturday: Aftab Poonawala denies the charges against him in the police charge sheet in front of the judge in the court. He said that he didn't kill Shraddha Walker and didn't cut her body into pieces. He further said that he will contest the charges and will appoint an advocate to present his case before the court of law.

    15-year-old boy has been detained in  Gujarat for the murder of his elder brother and his pregnant sister-in-law at their home in the  Khodiyar Ashram  in Shobhavadala village, Junagadh district in Gujarat.
