Malyana Masscare

 Malyana trial court set free about 40 accused of Malayana Massacre in 1987 in which about 72 Muslims had lost their lives on the ground of lack of evidences. So sad that such a thing has to happen in a modern day civil society. 72 people lost their lives and there isn't a killer? PAC was blamed for the targeted killing of the innocent people. After 36 years of pending trial it was already a justice delayed now it has become denied as well. 

As is the case always first rioters create a commotion. Then the tension flares up and quarrels occur. The quarrels then turns into a riot. Then arrives the police. They pick up mostly the victims. Offenders are saved and defeners are picked up from their houses by breaking doors and windows. And the innocent victims have spend their lives behind bars. 

In recent riots those who have already died long back are listed as the rioters by the police.  Even in some cases those who are already behind the bars for some crime are made accused in the riots.

Now the question is what will happen to the families of victims who were killed at point blank range by the PAC? Is there any hope left for them in the judiciary?

Fraticide by 15 year old Gav Sevak

    15-year-old boy has been detained in  Gujarat for the murder of his elder brother and his pregnant sister-in-law at their home in the  Khodiyar Ashram  in Shobhavadala village, Junagadh district in Gujarat. The incident occurred on October 16, 2025 , but was uncovered by police around October 31 after the sister-in-law's family in Bihar became suspicious.  His mother too is suspected to have assisted him in his crime though not in murdering the victims but in disposing off the corpses.
