Hyderabad Rape cum Murder Case, Encounter

In November,2019 a 26 years old veterinary doctor was raped and murdered by four culprits in Shamsabad. Her half burnt body was found a day later in Shadabnagar on 28 November,2019.
On the fateful night of 27 November,2019 the victim had parked her scooter near a toll plaza. She was being observed by two truck drivers. They together with their cleaner cum assistants had flattened rear tyre of the scooty. When the lady doctor reached her scooter she was troubled to find her scooter with the flattened tyre. It was late night. The four culprits approached her with the excuse of helping her in getting her tyre repaired. They misguided her to a secluded place and raped her and then smothered her to death. After killing they tried to eliminate evidences and her identity by burning her by the fire but left it halfway and her half charred body was found the next day.
Telangana state police checked for the CCTV images in the vicinity and arrested the four culprits. 
Almost a week later they were taken to the crime spot for recreation of the crime scene and were shot dead in an encounter.
Widespread protests were onserved in the state as well as all over India. People demanded harshes punishment for the culprits.
The police described the incident as an action taken in self defence because the culprits had snatched the guns from the policemen and shot at them in an attempt to escape.
However, human rights groups and other law abiding people described it as an extrajudicial killings. Or death sentence sans fair trial.

Fraticide by 15 year old Gav Sevak

    15-year-old boy has been detained in  Gujarat for the murder of his elder brother and his pregnant sister-in-law at their home in the  Khodiyar Ashram  in Shobhavadala village, Junagadh district in Gujarat.
