Adnaan Patrawala Murder Case

Adnaan Patrawala was the teenage only son of a affluent businessman Aslam Patrawala. He was kidnapped on 18 August 2007 from iIn Orbit mall for ransom.
His kidnappers were:
Sujit Nair
Ayush Bhat
Amit Kausha
Rajiv Dharaiya
Kishore Ambavat
The accused kidnapped Adnaan Patrawala from In Orbit mall located in Malad in the suburbs of Mumbai. Later they had demanded a ransom of RS. 2 crores from the family of Adnaan Patrawala. The news was spread all over the media and the accused fot scared and the next day on 19 August 2007 they killed Adnaan Patrawala and dumped his body at Palm Beach Road in Navi Mumbai which was a bushy and secluded place then. 
After the discovery of his dead body police investigation led to the above-mentioned accused. The trial began and the court released 4 of acxused because they were minors so that till they turn major they can freely commit auch heinous crimes in the society without any concern for jail and sentence. Finally all of the accussed of the case were acquitted. 
Adnaan Patrawala was just 16 years when greed and lust had stricken the culprits and they deprived him of his life. Rape and murder are major crimes and only an adult major can commit them therefore the culprits must be meted out the capital punishment irrespective of their age. An eye for an eye, death for death and life sentence or castration for rape is an apt collateral and consequential punishment.

Fraticide by 15 year old Gav Sevak

    15-year-old boy has been detained in  Gujarat for the murder of his elder brother and his pregnant sister-in-law at their home in the  Khodiyar Ashram  in Shobhavadala village, Junagadh district in Gujarat.
